St Luke's Centreshop
Our Op-Shop sells good quality second hand clothes, kitchen items and books. We are always keen to receive donations of good quality second hand goods.
Opening hours 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. Great shopping for real bargains. Parish staff take a simple children's service on Tuesday morning once a fortnight at 10.30am.
St Francis Whanau Aroha Centre
Is our Early Childhood Centre based at 13 Thomas Cres. Western Heights, Rotorua.
We are a faith-based Early Childhood Centre operating as a service provided by the Waiapu Anglican Social Services (http://www.waiapuanglicansocialservices.org.nz/) and locally supported by the Parish of St Luke's. For enquiries please call the Manager on 07 347 3080
St Luke's Drop-in.
Every Tuesday morning from 10am a team of volunteers provide morning tea and at midday a cooked meal free of charge. Donations to help with costs are much appreciated. Many make this time a catch-up time to meet friends in town. A Te Reo Maori/ English worship service is offered at 11.15am. Volunteers welcome- talk to Tim or Seona on the day.
Growing Through Grief
An Anglican Social Service which provides peer support for children and young people who are missing someone important from their lives. This could be from death, separation, divorce, prison or shifting house or town. Call Gaelyn or Shona 07 350 3384 or email .
Friday Mid-day and other Music Concerts
St Lukes is often used by the local music teachers, local and visiting choirs and musical talent to put on concerts. Some make use of our unique organ, all enjoy the acoustics of our octagonal auditorium.
